🚀 New Features
Policies (General availability)
The new Policies experience is now generally available. The policy view has been redesigned, including the Overview, Rules, Scope, and Meta tabs. Policy checks show the correct Pass or Failed result for approvals on cancelled runs, and configuration policies show a blocking notice in the rules view.
Workflow dependency health
Workflows now flag broken workflow and secret references in inputs, environment variables, and steps. They also warn you when a workflow's dependencies have problems, such as a deleted or deprecated template. Broken references are underlined in the JSON inputs editor, and "Fix reference" jumps to the first one. You can't run or drift-check a workflow with broken dependencies until you fix them.
Artifact storage path
Artifacts from private runner groups now show their storage location, with a copyable full path.
🔥 Enhancements
- Kyro: Drag the Kyro pill or floating chat anywhere on the page. Kyro steps aside when a modal opens and keeps your conversation. You can also open AI settings from the Kyro chat menu.
- Workflow Groups: Sort Workflow Groups and their resources by Name, Created, or Last Modified.
- Mass upgrade: Messages now explain why an upgrade can't start and link to the fix.
- SG noCode editor: The editor flags required fields that the schema doesn't define. "Test Form" scrolls to validation errors.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Stack upgrade: Reordering workflows during a stack upgrade no longer duplicates removed workflows.
More improvements and new capabilities are on the way, and your feedback continues to shape what we build next. Thank you for being part of the StackGuardian journey. We're looking forward to what's ahead.
