Email Notifications

The Email Notifications allow users to sign up for weekly progress in regards to cost, security and compliance benchmarks. Regularly tracking these metrics helps to gain visibility and identify systematic misconfigurations.

To access the Consumption metrics, go to Orchestrator > Organization Settings and select Email Notifications (Insights).

Add a New User Email​

To add a new email recipient for insights notifications:

  1. Click the Add Recipients button on the Email Notifications page.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter the email address of the new recipient.
  3. You can assign which type of email notifications the recipient will receive (e.g., Cost, Security, Compliance). By default, all categories are selected.
  4. Click Save to add the recipient to the email list.

This feature ensures that the selected users will receive regular updates regarding cost, security and compliance metrics.

Save Email Settings​

To modify or save email settings for existing recipients:

  1. Once you've added recipients, you can update the categories of notifications they will receive by toggling the Cost, Security, and Compliance checkboxes next to their email.
  2. Click the Save button after making changes to apply the updated preferences.
  3. If you want to remove a recipient from the list, select the checkbox next to their email address and click Delete. The changes will be applied immediately, and recipients will start or stop receiving notifications based on the new settings.
